The rail contract between the Secretary of State for Transport and XC Trains Limited, dated 13 October 2020, which ends on the expiry date of 15 October 2023.

This direct award rail contract replaces the previous Cross Country 2016 rail franchise agreement.

These documents form part of the public register of rail passenger contracts.
