These documents describe the procedures for submitting key performance indicator (KPI) data for abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and diabetic eye screening (DES) programmes in 2018 to 2019.

The combined guidance for 2017 to 2018 remains valid for quarter 4 (Q4) sumissions in June 2018.
