Statistical data set

2012-based household projections: detailed data for modelling and analytical purposes

Detailed disaggregated and unrounded data on household population, institutional population and number of households for each local authority.

This data is being provided for analytical purposes only and can be used as inputs to local models. The notes contained in each spreadsheet provide important details on terms of use. They must be read and complied with.

The unrounded local authority district data for modelling purposes is divided into separate files to reduce file size, but each file is still large so may take some time to download.

If you have any difficulties accessing these files, please contact: housing.statistics@communities.gsi.gov.uk.
