Notes on Local Authority Housing Statistics (LAHS) 2023-24

Some figures in the main LAHS tables are calculated as weighted averages which cannot be obtained by averaging the corresponding local authority figures. These regional figures can be found in the “Regional_Data” tab of the accessible tables at the link above. Some fields in the main LAHS tables cannot be summarised within regions and are therefore excluded from the “Regional_Data” tab of the accessible tables.

Please refer to the LAHS guidance and technical notes for further information on these statistics.
