Ambulance clinical outcomes: outcome from cardiac arrest - return of spontaneous circulation, outcome from acute ST- elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), outcome from stroke and myocardial infarction for ambulance patients, outcome from cardiac arrest - survival to discharge.
