Statistics release cancelled

Between May 2023 and January 2024, work was undertaken to develop criminal court sentencing data to produce the Criminal Justice System Statistics Quarterly (CJSQ) publication. We have taken the decision to cancel CJSQ 2023 Q3 to allow time for feedback and to implement any further changes to the new methodology and outputs. The next publication will cover the annual period of 2023 due to be published in May 2024. Please see the technical appendix in the latest publication for more details.
