Crown Court bulletin April to June 2020
The Crown Court has exclusive jurisdiction to try offences charged on indictment. Offences tried on indictment are more serious offences. This bulletin provides information on throughput at Crown Courts in Northern Ireland the period April to June 2020 and commentary on trends observed for this quarter in each year from 2010.
