Crown Court bulletin July to September 2021
The Crown Court has exclusive jurisdiction to try offences charged on indictment. Offences tried on indictment are more serious offences. This bulletin provides information on throughput at Crown Courts in Northern Ireland the period July to September 2021 and commentary on trends observed for this quarter in each year from 2012.
