Quarterly UK statistics about eggs – statistics notice (data to December 2016)

This release presents quarterly information on the numbers of eggs packed in packing stations (which covers the vast majority of total eggs produced), usage and farm-gate egg prices in the United Kingdom. It also includes monthly information on the trade in eggs and egg products.
