Excess mortality in England and English regions: August 2022 additional update
This is an additional publication to the usual monthly series to enable early reporting of the effect of the extreme heat event in July 2022 on excess mortality. Provides estimates of excess mortality during the course of the pandemic in England and English regions by age, sex, region, ethnic group, level of deprivation, cause and place of death.
