Farm Household Income in England 2021/22

This publication will provide an update on previous published analysis on farm household income in farm businesses in England. The information comes from the 2021/22 Farm Business Survey. The results cover the year ending spring 2022 (including the 2021 harvest).

Statistics release cancelled

The planned update of this publication, due in August 2024, has been cancelled. Work has been ongoing to determine the most appropriate method for calculating Farm Household Income for England. As a result, meaningful figures will not be ready for August 2024. Instead, a technical paper detailing an updated Farm Household Income methodology will be published and users will be invited to provide feedback.
