Hospital Episode Statistics: Emergency readmissions to hospital within 28 days of discharge

10 year time series (financial years 2003/04 to 2012/13) for emergency admissions to any hospital in England occurring within 28 days of the last, previous discharge from hospital after admission for: fractured proximal femur; hysterectomy; primary hip replacement surgery; stroke and all conditions.
