Magistrates' Court Bulletin October to December 2020
The Magistrates’ court hears and determines less serious criminal cases, cases involving youth and some civil and domestic cases including family proceedings. This bulletin provides information on throughput at Magistrates’ Courts in Northern Ireland during the period October to December 2020 and commentary on trends observed for this quarter in each year from 2007.
