National norovirus and rotavirus report for August 2019
Summary of surveillance of norovirus and rotavirus report, tracking seasonal norovirus and rotavirus in England and Wales, including hospital and laboratory reporting systems. Reports are published monthly in the summer season. Please note that the Hospital Norovirus Outbreak Reporting System is currently offline, therefore data on hospital outbreaks has been manually collated so may be incomplete and subject to updating at a later date. Due to differences in the submission periods for the laboratory reporting system, the data published will cover a period two weeks behind the publication.
