Public health outcomes framework (PHOF): August 2018 data update
Compendium of public health outcomes indicators presented at England and local authority level. Two overarching indicators are presented and further indicators are split over 4 domains: improving the wider determinants of health; health improvement; health protection; and healthcare public health and preventing premature mortality. The Department of Health was previously responsible for the publication of the Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF).
