Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) Recorded Dementia Diagnoses August 2015

Number of people diagnosed with Dementia according to GP records up to 31 August 2015. Please note that the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) Recorded Dementia Diagnoses - August 2015 release has been delayed until October. This is due to insufficient data coverage caused by technical issues in the process of extraction of data from GP Practices, and affects scheduled releases in this series throughout October. We apologise for any inconvenience.
