Reason for change:
Due to issues in resourcing and other confounding publication responsibilities, the analysis of ethnicity within criminal justice system statistics has been delayed. As agreed by the Ministry of Justice Head of Profession for Statistics, publication of these statistics, originally scheduled for release on Thursday 25 November 2021, has therefore been delayed. This will ensure the publication is produced to the required high quality and accuracy given current resourcing constraints. The revised publication date of this publication is Thursday 2 December 2021.
