UK statistics on waste 2010-12

This update is to add 2010-12 UK estimates that were intended for inclusion in the original release on 25 September 2014, but were withdrawn in order to allow further quality assurance. The additional estimates cover, Generation of total waste 2012 (UK and England), Final treatment of total waste 2012 (UK and England), Recovery rate from non-hazardous C&D 2010-12 (UK and England) and Packaging waste recycling rate 2012 (UK).
