Reason for change:
The publication of Vehicle Licensing Statistics 2021 is being postponed to 24 May 2022. A number of planned improvements are being included in this statistical series to meet user needs relating to the range and coverage of data being published. The delay reflects the additional work required for the quality assurance of these changes which has taken longer than expected.
