Details
The Work and Health Programme (WHP) helps disabled people, as well as the long-term unemployed and certain other priority groups (known as early access groups) to enter into and stay in work.
The WHP statistics cover 6 different measures:
- Referrals
- Individuals referred
- Starts
- First earnings from employment
- Job outcomes
- Performance expectations

In section 9 "First earnings from employment and job outcomes from Work and Health Programme Pioneer", amended the figure in the sentence "Of the 24,000 individuals who were referred to WHP Pioneer by February 2024 (the most recent point by which participants would have had 6 months on the programme), 62% started" from 24,000 to 9,000.
