   Following the identification of an error affecting the figures for 30 of the 33 local authorities in the NHS England London area team published on 18/12/2015 17.22pm: data was amended for the Excel tables 'Annual HPV vaccine coverage in England 2014 to 2015: by local authority and area team'. Full details of the amendments are available in the accompanying change notice.
