Revised version of the benefit cap statistics PDF file. Revisions to the commentary on page 10 which discuss the off flows for households that had been previously capped. The title has been adjusted to show the correct total amount of off-flows for August 2019. Also, the commentary in the first paragraph has been adjusted to include the revised total off-flows figure and the change from the previous quarter.
