• cumulative and point-in-time numbers of households capped
• number of households that were previously capped but have moved off the cap

   Corrected 2 dates in the main stories section — '77,000 households were capped on UC at May 2023' and '6,400 households were capped on HB at May 2023' have been both been updated to correctly read 'at August 2023'. No other changes have been made.
