Details

The Department for Work and Pensions launched the 2012 statutory child maintenance scheme delivered by the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) in December 2012. Since June 2014, cases on the 1993 and 2003 Child Support Agency (CSA) schemes have been gradually closed and, where appropriate, outstanding arrears have moved to the CMS 2012 IT systems.

This release includes the amount of CSA arrears moved to the CMS system between November 2014 and June 2017 and the number of casegroups this relates to.
