'Main tables: survey of childcare and early years providers 2019' - updated tables 25, 26 and 28 due to an issue with the staff-level weighting, and table 4a due to an error in the data. Updated 'Main summary: survey of childcare and early years providers 2019' to include the full list of tables and amend the title of Figure 6b.

Updated data on average number of spare places in Tables 10a and 10b and data on total number of paid staff by region in Tables 12a and 12b. Formatting amends made to technical document.
