Details

This page has statistics on the inspection of children’s social care providers in England. The provider types include children’s homes, residential special schools registered as children’s homes, secure children’s homes, boarding schools, residential special schools, further education colleges with residential accommodation, independent fostering agencies, local authority fostering and adoption agencies (inspections up to 31 August 2013), voluntary adoption agencies, adoption support agencies and residential family centres.

Inspections of all types of children’s homes will be published every three months.

Inspections for other social care remits will be published every six months.

Each release comprises key findings, charts and tables in Word and pdf format, charts, tables and maps in Excel format, and the underlying data in Excel and comma separated values (.csv) format.
