This report presents the latest statistics on the type and volume of civil county court cases that are received and processed through the justice system of England and Wales in January to March 2016. It also includes the number of judicial review cases processed by the Administrative Court in 2016, and the first quarter of 2017 and the annual statistics for the Royal Courts Justice Statistics 2016.

   Data for previous years have been revised following the identification of data processing errors. Revised figures are marked with a ‘r’. Further breakdown of child abduction cases dealt with by the ICACU have also been included in Tables 4.2 and 4.3.
