Background
The Community Life Survey collects information about the way adults (16+) perceive their neighbourhood and community
Headline Measures – 2019/20
- 35% of respondents agreed that they borrow from, and exchange favours with, their neighbours.
- 82% of respondents agreed that their area is a place where people from different backgrounds get on well together.
- 76% of respondents were satisfied with their local area as a place to live.
- 63% of respondents felt they belonged to their neighbourhood.
- 84% of respondents felt they belonged to Britain.
