Details

The information on distribution of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) companies and amount of their investment broken down by idustry is obtained from EIS1 forms. The companies are required to submit EIS1 forms before tax relief may be claimed by investors. Note that companies have a period of several years after shares are issued to submit an EIS compliance statement, therefore figures for tax year ending 2012 are provisional.
