Details

The defence inflation statistic measures the average change in pay, and prices of goods and services, making up the defence budget, with quality and quantity held constant.

A background quality report is included. The purpose of a background quality report is to inform users of the statistics about the quality of the data used to produce the publication and any statistics derived from that data.
