To help improve and inform service provision, the DVA commissioned the Central Survey Unit within NISRA to carry out a postal survey of driver licensing and driver and vehicle testing customers during September and October 2014. This report details the levels of satisfaction reported by dva customers during their most recent contact with the DVA.
