The material contained within this publication was formerly contained in Court Statistics Quarterly, a publication combining Civil, Family and Criminal court statistics.

To note: Family Court Statistics Quarterly no longer includes the gender and age breakdown of Lasting Power of Attorney applications. The related files were last updated in December 2016 and we are unable to produce further updates due to data limitations. If you would like to access this data it can be found in table 25 and in the csv folder of Family Court Statistics Quarterly: January to March 2019.
