This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of cases that are received and processed through the family court system of England and Wales in the first quarter of 2021 (April to June).
The material contained within this publication was formerly contained in Court Statistics Quarterly, a publication combining Civil, Family and Criminal court statistics.
Notice: Following on from a recent public consultation on FCSQ, there have been some changes to a number of tables - a full update is provided in the bulletin on all consultation commitments.
Also, as per the notice in the FCSQ publication released in March 2021, the Power of Attorney (PoA) data provided for the Office of the Pubic Guardian has been revised to focus on registrations rather than receipts of PoAs and to expand the range of metrics published.
