This report gives the latest statistics on type and volume of cases that are received and processed through the family court system of England and Wales in the third quarter of 2014 (July to September).

Following the recent consultation on a variety of publications produced by the Ministry of Justice; this publication is the first edition of Family Court Statistics Quarterly. The material contained within this publication was formerly contained in Court Statistics Quarterly, a collection combining civil, family and criminal court statistics.
