Details

This release presents the crop areas that have been claimed and paid under the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) from 2015-2017 at county/unitary authority (NUTS3) level. This data has not previously been published and is classed as an administrative data source for further analyses. The official crop areas from the Defra June Survey of Agriculture have also been shown for 2016 for comparison and context.
