This statistical bulletin was produced by analytical professionals and production staff in the Home Office Analysis and Insight Directorate. Pre-release access was given to the following people 24 hours in advance of release:

- Minister for Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls
- Special Advisers (2)
- Permanent Secretary
- Chief Scientific Adviser and Director General for Science, Technology, Analysis, Research and Strategy
- Chief Analyst and Home Office Analysis & Insight Director
- Head of Unit, Neighbourhood Crime Unit
- Head of News, Communications Directorate
- Press Officers, Crime & Community Safety Desk (4)
In addition, Private Secretaries in the Ministers’ and Special Advisers’ Private Offices will have access to pre-release figures for handling arrangements.
