The Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) publishes data on the finances of UK higher education providers.

This includes detailed breakdowns of:

• sources of income
• expenditure
• balance sheet information
• key financial indicators

Data is available from the academic year 2015 to 2016 until 2021 to 2022.

Earlier data on the finances of higher education providers is available on the HESA website.

HESA became part of Jisc in October 2022.
