Annual house price statistics from 1995 to 2013 for a range of subnational geographies in England and Wales. These include local authorities, parliamentary constituencies and middle layer super output areas (MSOAs). Statistics are also reported for different types of house including all types, detached, semi-detached, terraced houses and flats/maisonettes.
