Details

The data includes the number of trainees and information about trainees on initial teacher training (ITT) programmes.

There’s also a forecast of the number of trainees we expect to commence training later in the academic year.

We use the information to:

• determine funding for ITT providers

• monitor the recruitment of under-represented groups in ITT

• monitor the recruitment of new entrants against intake targets
