No new requests are being published in September 2014. However, we have updated forest plots which show the effect sizes of all analyses published to date. These forest plots were originally made available in ‘Justice Data Lab: the pilot year’ published in March 2014.

The bulletin is produced and handled by the Ministry of Justice’s (MOJ) analytical professionals and production staff. Pre-release access of up to 24 hours is granted to the following persons: MOJ Secretary of State, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Permanent Secretary, Director of Sentencing and Rehabilitation Policy unit, relevant policy advisers for reducing re-offending (2 persons in total), policy advisors for the Transforming Rehabilitation Programme, and relevant press officers and special advisers.

The report is released by MOJ and produced in accordance with arrangements approved by the UK Statistics Authority.
