Details

Legionnaires’ disease is a severe but uncommon form of pneumonia associated with exposure to water systems (natural or man-made) colonised by legionella bacteria.

This report presents the epidemiological data on cases of Legionnaires’ disease reported in residents of England and Wales where symptoms started during 2015. Comparative data from previous years are included where appropriate.
