• Total landings by UK vessels decreased by 14% in June 2024 compared to 2023. The value of landings in June 2024 (£60 million) also decreased, down by 12% compared to 2023.
• Landings in June 2024 comprised mostly of Demersal species (46%) driven by high uptake of Monks or Anglers and Haddock which are typically targeted within the summer months.
