Details

This statistical report provides a summary of the number of trees planted in England with central government support, excluding replacement and restocking, over the period from April 2010 to September 2018. It provides statistics for England as a whole, and our best estimates of figures for the regions, counties, unitary authorities, London boroughs, local authorities and Parliamentary constituencies of England.

The statistics provide a sub-national disaggregation of the figures for all of England previously published separately in Forestry Commission England’s Corporate Plan Performance Indicators on new planting of trees (April 2010 to March 2017), and on Government supported new planting of trees in England (April 2017 to September 2018).
