Monthly data for each of the different NHS 111 contract areas in England, including: calls offered, answered in 60 seconds, abandoned, transferred, and resulting in ambulance dispatches or recommendations to A&E, primary care or other services. Also, NHS 111 patient experience survey data twice a year.

Official statistics are produced impartially and free from any political influence.
