Details

This release contains statistics relating to stock of properties for England and Wales. The statistics provide information on the number and value of the stock of rateable properties (known as “hereditaments”), broken down by sector and geographic location. This publication was merged with the business floorspace statistics in 2019. The stock of properties part of this publication was released first to meet increased user demand and to provide more up-to-date statistics. Floorspace statistics were added to this publication on 15 September 2022.
