In December 2015 NISRA developed for the first time a balanced estimate of Northern Ireland (NI) Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and its component parts for the 2012 reference year using an international standard approach. This publication includes GDP estimates for 2013 and the Supply and Use Tables (SUTs) on which they are based. The publication also includes a number of revisions to the previously published 2012 estimates. The statistics are designated as “experimental” to reflect the fact that they are under development.
