  1. Updated 'Operation of police powers under the Terrorism Act 2000: quarterly update to September 2023: annual data tables' and 'Operation of police powers under the Terrorism Act 2000: quarterly update to September 2023: quarterly data tables' to second edition. Please see ‘Revisions’ tab in tables for detail. The previous figures reported in the annual table A.C.03 included data manipulation errors. The previous figures reported in the annual table A.S.03b included entry errors sourced from the original dataset. The previous figures reported in the quarterly data table Q.S.04b included entry errors sourced from the original dataset.

  2. Two annual tables have been updated; A_C_02 and A_P_05. A_C_02 – the number of persons proceeded against for non-tact offence Criminal Damage Act 1971 & Malicious Damage Act 186, in the year to September 2023, has been corrected to ‘0’. The previous value ‘3’ was an input error. A_P_05 – the numbers for terrorist prisoners released from custody, in the year to June 2022, have now been corrected with a total ‘29’. A summing error in the dataset provided caused figures for that year to sum to ‘38’.
