Two annual tables have been updated; A_C_02 and A_P_05. A_C_02 – the number of persons proceeded against for non-tact offence Criminal Damage Act 1971 & Malicious Damage Act 186, in the year to September 2023, has been corrected to ‘0’. The previous value ‘3’ was an input error. A_P_05 – the numbers for terrorist prisoners released from custody, in the year to June 2022, have now been corrected with a total ‘29’. A summing error in the dataset provided caused figures for that year to sum to ‘38’.
