The update for April 2025 has been published by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
There are updates to include trends up to December 2024 for the:
- care homes factsheets
- place of death factsheets
The palliative and end of life care profiles are presented in an interactive tool which aims to help local government and health services improve care at the end of life.
