These statistical factsheets have been produced by the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL), Northern Ireland (NI), using data collected by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). It provides a summary of the 2014/15 Widening Participation (WP) Performance Indicators (PIs) for NI Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). WP PIs include participation of under-represented groups, including young full-time entrants and mature and part-time entrants, and students in receipt of Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA).
