Revisions

Please note that the documents published 31 December 2021 differ from the original versions published 18 November 2021. The differences are as follows:

  • references to LGBT staff in the November publication have been amended to reflect the fact that what was being counted were LGB staff. See Section 6 on Sexual Orientation – note the values in tables 16 and 17 remain unchanged – the revision is clarifying that these numbers are LGB, i.e. do not include transgender people
  • a note has been added to the text of section 6 to the effect that the civil service figures includes those who have listed “other” sexual orientation, but these are excluded from the given LGB totals
  • in the November publication, it was incorrectly stated that the Civil Service disability level was 11%. This has been amended to the correct figure, 14% (refers to Mar 2021)
  • in the November publication, it was incorrectly stated that the Civil Service BAME level was 13%. This has been amended to the correct figure, 14% (refers to Mar 2021)
